30ml tequila

25ml Citrus & Mint Shrub → PAGE 29

15ml (1 tablespoon) Cointreau

15ml (1 tablespoon) pink grapefruit liqueur

juice of ⅙ fresh pink grapefruit

grapefruit zest twist, to garnish

Put some ice cubes in a Boston shaker and add the tequila, shrub, Cointreau and grapefruit liqueur. Squeeze in the grapefruit juice and shake. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled teacup and garnish with the grapefruit zest twist.
